Suggested Recipe - Maapillai Samba Payasam (Phirni)

• Soak 1 cup maapillai samba rice for at least 4 hours
• In a pressure cooker, cook the rice with 2 cups milk and 2 cups water for 4 whistles
• Add Jaggery powder and boil for few mins
• Add cardamom and cashews
• Serve it hot or cold
